Lightning Being
Ranger - Level 20 - Tyria

History

Lightning was my second attempt at playing a Ranger, therefore was by no means one of my first characters.

I first created him on the 16th January 2006, which ironically is also my birthday. I did not plan to keep this character but to just try out the Ranger profession once again - which was the first GW class I tried - so, for fun, he was first created as a female, which at the time I believed it to be a bit weird to be a guy playing a girl character.

Because I did not plan to keep "her" I did not spend much time thinking up a name; at the time I already chosen the word "Being" to be the name in my characters. With little thought I browsed through the Ranger skills to quickly pick something to go with Being, if you could have guessed already - the skill Lightning Reflexes was what gave her a name.

I soon after fell in love with the Ranger profession and quickly leveled her up to 9 in pre-searing. Being the lazy guy I was, I decided not to delete her to make a male Ranger but move her out of pre-searing, which her popularity with me grew more.

I later turned Lightning into a male in the April 2009 update.

Today

He does my Nicholas the Traveller farming for me.
